Tower Tots – Summer Newsletter 2025

This term has been full of exciting discoveries, new beginnings, and proud milestones across all our age groups.

From exploring animal life cycles and learning how creatures grow and change, to sharing stories about families and the many ways they can look and feel different—our children have shown endless curiosity and kindness. Transport has also sparked lots of enthusiasm, with conversations about how we travel and what different vehicles do. These themes have been brought to life through play, storytelling, and our regular walks into the village, where the children have loved spotting links between what they’ve learned and the world around them.

One of the highlights of the term has been the opening of our brand-new baby room. This warm, nurturing space has been carefully designed to give our youngest children a gentle and welcoming start. We’re so pleased to have already welcomed new families and to see the babies settling in beautifully.

Meanwhile, our Pre-School children have taken great pride in the transformation of their learning space. Right from the start, they were involved in shaping their room—sharing their thoughts and preferences about how it should look and what it should include. Their excitement grew as each new feature was added, from bright soft furnishings to imaginative play areas. It’s been a joy to see them embrace their refreshed environment with such energy and confidence.

This term has also been a time of transition. Our Pre-Schoolers have visited their future Reception classrooms and met their new teachers. These visits have sparked plenty of excitement and questions, and they’re now eagerly preparing for their graduation. Families are warmly invited to join us as the children receive their medals and sing some favourite songs—a lovely way to mark their time at Tower Tots and all they’ve achieved.

As the academic year comes to a close, we want to thank all our families for their continued support. It’s a privilege to watch your children grow and thrive, and we are incredibly proud of everything they’ve accomplished.
