Exploring Our World

Our children have thoroughly enjoyed learning about people who help us, exploring our world, and engaging in planting and growing activities. They are also beginning to learn about the life cycle of butterflies, sparking curiosity and excitement in nature. Our adventures have taken us on walks into the village and to the forest school, where children can learn and play in a natural setting.

Yoga, Mindfulness, and Self-Regulation

Our children have greatly enjoyed exploring the world of yoga and mindfulness activities. Introducing self-regulation areas in all our rooms is helping children manage their emotions and develop crucial self-regulation skills. These activities provide them with relaxation, concentration, and overall well-being.

Successful Speech and Language Programme

We have launched a new speech and language programme to support children, which is already highly successful. We are excited to see its positive impact and look forward to sharing more updates with you soon.

Proud Achievements and Parent Engagement

We are proud to announce that we have achieved the Healthy Early Years Award. This recognition highlights our commitment to promoting health and well-being among our children.

In addition, we recently hosted a successful parent workshop. It was wonderful to see so many of you actively participating and engaging with the valuable information shared. We look forward to working closely with the St Helens nutrition team to provide more workshops to support our staff and families.

Celebrating Transitions and Achievements

The children have enjoyed their recent transition visits to the Reception class and meeting their new teachers. They had a fantastic time celebrating their pre-school graduation, showcasing their talents, receiving medals, and singing songs for their parents to celebrate their time with us.

As the academic year draws s to a close, we reflect on the remarkable journey we have experienced with your children at Tower Tots. It has been a pleasure to witness their growth and development throughout the years, and we are very proud of all their achievements.
